QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

/ Developing strategies for the Project.Manages the stakeholders by setting proper expectations and reporting about progress, problems,solution

/ Lead alignment on key project decisions, while maintaining positive working relationships with thoseinvolved

/Lead the team through phases of the implementation including planning/scoping, funding approvals, requirements, design, development, testing deployment, and transition to operations. Work with all members of the project team to achieve successful implementation on time, within budget at the expected quality level

/Responsible for Project Communication Plan and Communicateprogram status, risks, and mitigation plan to lead furthermore ensure project documents are complete, current, and available for review by all parts of theorganization

/ Provide hands-on project management during analysis, implementation, and post-implementationphases

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering orrelevant engineering departments.Min 5 years Engineering / Leanmanagement experience

/Formal training/certification in Lean tools (5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Setup Reduction (SUR), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean Material Flow( LMF) certification preferred with at least 5 years of related experience

/ Experience managing/leading others in a manufacturing setting

/Ability to manage multiple projects/activities across multiple sites

/ Being disciplined, systematicwith passion forlean. High personal integrity
