Mission:
- Ensure product/process development or industrialization according to department rules and specifications adapted to his scope, in compliance with regulations, the l egal obligation of the General Product Safety and Renault Design System, and suggest optimizations
- Ensure the robustness of the product / process design
- Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities
- Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
Deliverables:
- Suggesting technical solutions to his customer
- Validation of the specification of parts by team leader delegation
- Signing of plans by team leader delegation
- Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM)
- Quality update ANPQP data base for milestones and JPOC follow up for POI
- Quality Documentation
- Quality and Planning of RO
- Documentation of NDL/ DAISI/ Check-List, GRP, NRL / RFNM, EQM. Assessor
- Initiate technical Documentation into Opep
- Components representativity matrice for “Prototypes and Pre-series”
- Manage Lup resolution
Key cooperation:
- Designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, etc. working on his project to bring together the development
- Suppliers to answer technical questions and manage the convergence of studies
- Upstream & métier team to ensure compliance with department rules and help improve them
