QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Economics from a reputableuniversities,

· 8 years + of related business experience,

· Good command of MS Office applications (Especially excel knowledge),

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Strong analytical thinking and communication skills,

· Action and result oriented, attentive to deadlines, dynamic, self-disciplined and self-motivated.

· Wide perspective of both from business side and financial aspects,

· Good understanding of accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial modelling,

· Ability to deal with top management and coordinating between teams,

Job Description:

· This role will be responsible for leading several projects related with companywide transformations processess. It is aimed to optimize operational processess by re-structring in an order.

· Assist in the development, implementation and adherence of relevant financial related to financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies.

· Conduct analysis of current organization and estimate improvement potential (quantitative and qualitative), applying tools such as Cost Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Time-Spend Studies, OEE Analysis, etc.

· Prioritizing objectives and contributing to project planning and status reporting

· Execute the planning and preparation of annual budget and forecasts; communicating with all business unit owners,

· Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, projections and statements and strict to tight deadlines,

· Provide meaningful and valid comments on financial results,

· Collaborate with operation team to understand and guide the business with an appropriate financial point of view,
