We are looking for a “ Budget & Financial Controlling Specialist ” for Borusan EnBW Energy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering. Preferably an MBA degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Budgeting & Financial Controlling
- SAP-BPC experience is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Business Fluent in English
- Effective management of relations with shareholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Multi-task oriented team player
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of condensed monthly reporting for shareholders and management of JV.
- Report actual-vs-planned budget performance status and identify actions for discrepancies in coordination with all departments
- Support Budgeting Manager and other departments in the development and consolidation of departmental budgets
- Make analysis and suggest amendments to the process owners to be in line with company targets
- Monitor actual purchasing requests against budgeted figures (mainly G&A and OPEX)
- Provides analytical support in the review of operations and programs, undertakes special studies
- Implementation and development of company KPIs and continually monitoring of actual and planned figures
- Preparation of regular forecasts according to requirements of shareholders (P&L, BS, CFS)
- Supports audit and compliance processes, in closing and all related processes (incl. Audit Report)
- Analysis of Generation volumes and Price development
- Help develop detailed cost structure, pricing and business assumptions for new investments
- Support improvement projects and initiatives
