Qualifications;
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions,
- Good knowledge of management accounting and reporting standards,
- Having experience in one of planning systems (BPC, EPM) and/or Power BI is a big asset,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships,
- Adherence to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management,
- Ability to bring creativity to the position while striving for continuous improvement.
Basic Functions:
- Focus on digitalization of reporting and controlling processes,
- Preparing monthly management reports through the SAP-BPC reporting system,
- Supporting monthly closing activities,
- Performing financial and operational analysis in budgets and actuals by preparing sensitivity, variance and bridge analysis,
- Ensuring the accurate planning processes; including forecasts, budgets, business planning, etc,
- Preparing value added analysis and feasibility reports for top management,
- Supporting related departments as Finance Business Partner,
- Preparing analyzes and presentations for Ad-hoc requests.
