QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a 'Budget Reporting and Controlling Supervisor' for our company which produces aircraft engine parts in Aegean Free Zone, Izmir.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance or Industry Engineering (MBA preferably),
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills,
• 8 or more years of cost accounting/operations experience, (including also audit experience is preferable)
• 2 or more years of leadership/budget and reporting management experience,
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Especially in Excel) and ERP system,
• High proficiency in English,
• Highly strict about deadlines,
• Must have previous work experience of budget and reporting management for a manufacturing company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To lead the development of the cost accounting function,
• To be responsible for all controlling processes within the company,
• To be responsible for budgeting management,
• To analyze in depth by making cost analysis with other departments,
• To follow up and analyze variances of utilization, product, service costs as well as of functional and all other relevant costs,
• To ensure that all required standard and special reports prepared properly,
• To identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate, review and track proposed savings,
• To be responsible for production cost reporting operations, making feasibility calculations of the new investments and supporting pricing process,
• To prepare internal/external financial reports,
• To monitorize cost accounting system continuously,
• To support internal and external audits,
• Local, IFRS and SOX reporting experience.
