QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from Sports Management, Sports Law, Business Administration or other related departments of the universities,
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships or business development in a sports & media environment,
- 7+ years of experience in negotiating deals in sports & media sectors,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge MS Office tools,
- Deep understanding of sports business models,
- Ability to understand and devise new business models,
- Deep interest in sports,
- Good understand of recent developments in the law sports trends as they relate to our content business,
- Strong business and financial acumen,
- Knowledge of guild and union agreements, contracts and intellectual property law,
- Build strong internal client relationships,
- Generate client satisfaction through strategic thinking and risk analysis,
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills and have worked well in business environments with multiple partners,
- Business and strategy-oriented mindset,
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Collaborating with Legal & Regulations to get long-form agreements signed on a timely basis,
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships with regular, effective and timely communications concerning deal negotiation and business strategy,
- Carrying out feasibility studies on sports rights together with the financial and commercial team,
- Coordinating negotiation process for acquisition of all sports content of beIN SPORTS Turkey and managing the contractual & financial process following beIN MEDIA GROUP global team,
- Analyzing and reporting the EVP of SPORTS overall budget and sharing the reports to related Directors/Managers.
