We are looking for a ‘Business Analysis Specialist’ with the following qualifications;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from Engineering Department, Science, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Universities,
- Min. 5 years of Business Analysis experience,
- Experienced in International projects,
- Experienced in specification review and specification writing,
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Techniques & Processes,
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle & Software Development Processes,
- Efficient skills in analytical thinking and problem solving,
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, ability to work as a team member
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting all business analysis studies, taking into consideration business requirements and company/line of business/unit strategies,
- Evaluating whether the requirements are within the specification/scope.
- Managing the whole analysis process by taking the opinion of the project manager when necessary,
- Preparing analysis documents (SRS, UML, Use Case, Diagrams)
- Ensuring that the projects are realized within the time specified in the tender, contract or specification,
- Early detection of delays in projects and taking necessary measures
- Following the changes in requirements during the project process and updating the analysis documents,
- Directing the development team on technical issues.
