QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE
- Determine the corporate software needs of OTI Holding and to enable end users to use the developed software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering requirements from business partners and being a bridge between the business side and developers in the IT Department using business analysis methodologies.
- Consolidating the software needs of software used in more than one country.
- Benchmarking the similar software in the market
- Understanding the requirements and translate those into technical and functional designs.
- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, tracking, and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good level of understanding and writing skill in English language. Russian is a plus
- Tourism business knowledge is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Math & Science (Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering is a plus.)
- Experience with Prototyping Tools (for example, Axure or Balsamic) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Task Tracking, Documentation, and Team Collaboration Software is a plus (Atlassian Tools Suite like Jira and Confluence).
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
