QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Business Analyst teammate to work within the Software Department of our company, which has been growing rapidly since 2005 and offers web-based software, design and desktop software solutions to more than +14000 businesses in the field of E-Commerce.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree at Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same domains,
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skills,
- Excellent knowledge of business methods and technologies about Business Analysis in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),
- Experience in Agile methodology,
- Preparing mock-ups, diagrams, flowcharts, etc. and converting them to the user stories,
- A good team player within critical thinking, negotiation skills,
- Good planning and organizing abilities,
- Highly effective time management and multitasking skills,
- Nice to have SaaS experience,
- Good knowledge of JIRA & Confluence,
- Have prior Design experience. This is a plus!,
- Understand API technologies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Translate requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers, testers and product owners to ensure that product owner intent are effectively captured,
- To carry out detailed analysis studies with technical teams, to divide the main business scope into manageable parts,
- Analyzing technical needs and tracing all development processes, achieving time-to-market and quality while defining product map,
- Analyzing new modules or features to be added to the products in use,
- Partner with business stakeholders, QA teams and engineering teams to understand business and technical requirements,
- Help to identify, communicate and resolve issues with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills,
- Being able to understand the technical aspects of the needs, support technical requirements as well, working closely with development teams,
- Advice on feasibility of the issue solving or requested improvements and changes,
- Adding value to the organization by discovering new fields of improvement,
- Helping the sprint cycles.
