GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for Business Analyst who have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst preferably on Customer Service processes
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language is mandatory, German language is a big asset,
- Familiarity with .NET and SQL scripting is an asset
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- No restriction to travel abroad.
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for System design of Customer Service Management software
- Evaluates user requests to determine feasibility including cost, time required and compatibility with current systems
- Ensure business continuity of related departments by supporting their work life by providing IT enterprise management
- Consults and supports related Business Departments on Customer Service Solutions
- Participates ongoing improvement of systems, standards, and methodologies
- Delivering high quality developments on time and budget including test management and documentation
