QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

• Definition of methods, standards and tools for integration of complex Autoline ERP-DMS with multiple other MB systems/system partners in complex environment for area service and parts, as well as sales & CRM
• Economic planning of new system components and integration projects analyses and evaluation of new technologies, if applicable conducting of evaluation projects, provision of strategic recommendation and agreement with all stakeholder
• Creation of necessary IT-concepts on your own initiative for those components/projects, considering heterogeneous IT-infrastructure, heterogeneous target customer, business critical availability, internationalization as well as different implementation scenarios
• Development of IT-architecture for DMS-integration in respective area for retail to achieve medium and long-term safeguard
• Realization of complex, high available Autoline integration with complex Mercedes-Benz strategic systems on retail and wholesale level for worldwide implementation and also support those integrations
• Support specific projects in other areas like CRM & sales
• Functional and technical concepts/acclamation of integration considering variety of technologies of partner systems as well as variety of Autoline installations- and IT-infrastructure scenarios
• Creation of complex specification/testing- and approval scenario for projects in scope, check and approval of system specification/design provided by software provider
• Steering of difficult software development and test procedure and conducting of approval for software and documentation
• Piloting and rollout of new system components and integrations projects
• Planning and support piloting of projects in MPCs/ in OR/possibly IR Consulting of different units for usage of complex Autoline ERP-system
• Support MPCs/ OR/IR during implementation of Autoline modules
• Support MPCs during creation of National Standard Implementation Pack (NSIP) based on Autoline Blueprint templates (countries in Europa, Asia and Africa)
• Governance to MPC for compliance to Autoline Blueprint template approach
• Evaluation of MPCs demands, check and evaluation against Autoline Blueprint template approach
• Creation of business cases including ROI Product- and project presentation in international environment mainly in English
• Performance of business process consulting, partially cross border processes touching different level of staff hierarchy, potential collaboration in international working groups
• Conducting of product certification
• Project lead in respective task area for new development of complex solutions for integration as well as system components of complex Autoline ERP DMS Project management during realization phase to provide in time, quality, budget; steering of third-party services
• Support project activity task in DMS integration area with Motive Retail within standardized project onboarding as well as standardized DSP certification projects
• Planning & Execution of onboarding meetings as well as interactive integration test (demo) meetings
• Support with Downtime communication and /or user management

Qualifications:

• University degree in technical business management or commercial information technology or similar qualification.
• Broad skill of automotive sales and distribution structure; service and parts processes on retail level as well as interaction with wholesale level; skills in CRM & sales processes.
• Experience in ERP respectively merchandise planning & control systems in service and parts area
• Experience in IT-project as lead
• Flexibility and willing to travelling
• Very good English language skills (speaking and writing) is prerequisite for this job, German language skills appreciated
• Fully familiar with MS Office-products and e-learning tools
• Social competency is your strength; you re able to use while you collaborate with stakeholder
• As a professional business analyst you have experience in collecting needs of your business units, evaluate and translate those into demands and develop solution and processes considering available technology
