DRAMAX is a new generation subscription based streaming service startup with the aim of distributing local Turkish content globally with multi language subtitle and dubbing options as well as servicing global attractive short and long form content.

Now, we are seeking a Business Analyst-Payment Systems Specialist to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Analyst/ Product Owner and/or Project Manager. Experience in fin-tech or payment related role is a plus
  • Experience with global payment platforms, direct carrier billing systems and integrations with Dramax APPs on mobile devices, Apple TV, Roku, Smart TV’s and other connected devices
  • Deep understanding of payment eco-system and extensive experience in digital payments and wallet products
  • Knowing Agile/Scrum principles
  • Knowing IT Architecture, Integration layers and protocols like SOAP and REST
  • Experience in tools like Jira
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in dealing with remote colleagues
  • Strong drive to achieve the best results in line with internal or external standards of excellence
  • Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and ship new features with an eye for quality on Payment Systems developments and giving post-launch care
  • Own the roadmap, the quarterly planning, and prioritization for Payment Systems, and third party integrations within our platform
  • Identify detailed business requirements, design solutions according to usability and accessibility, write analysis and test cases for Payment Systems
  • Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders (ex. Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing and Legal), external partners and development teams
  • Do market research to understand markets, competition and user requirements, to surface insights, identify and shape new opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce friction through the checkout journey, decrease support tickets and eliminate top user pain points
  • Initiatives may include building infrastructure for new features and collaborations, solving complex payments challenges, implementing alternative methods of payment, etc.
