We are looking for Business Analyst Senior Consultant for our Technology Enablement team.
Requirements;
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Preferably experienced in banking and insurance processes
- Have an experience in test functions, in addition to analysis processes
- Experience as a Developer, Analyst or Product Manager in projects developed with Java
- Experienced in screen design (Balsamiq, Mockup, Figma, CSS, HTML, Adobe, Visio.. etc)
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum principles
- Knowledge of basic SQL and basic databases (Oracle, MSSql, MySQL etc.), database design and relational database architecture
- Advanced level of English
- Willing to research and use new technologies
- Strong problem solving skills
Job description;
- Gathering business requirements from the customer, identifying technical requirements in accordance with business requirements and documenting
- Supporting the Development and Testing teams
- When necessary, preparing information and training documents and giving trainings
- Carrying out and supporting project management activities during all these processes
- Evaluation of incoming requests in terms of business, technical and financial aspects and estimating their costs
- Supporting the preparation
- and execution of test scenarios for the products he is responsible for
- Preparation of necessary documents for the developed product
- Determining the risks of the project, producing appropriate solutions and determining the actions to take the necessary measures in case of need
- Advising the Project team and the Client on processes and business rules
- Preparation of periodic status reports
