QUALIFICATIONS:


  • University degree in related fields,
  • Max. 3 years experience in controlling functions, preferably in auditing company and/or retail company in a similar position,
  • Good command of English,
  • Basic knowledge of both Turkish GAAP & IFRS,
  • Knowledge on analyzing and controlling business plan,
  • Strong problem solving skills,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment.


DESCRIPTION:


  • Preparing of budgeting and controlling process other short and long-term forecasts.
  • Providing target/ actual variances from related departments, analyzing, verifying and reporting to the Senior Management.
  • Building cost control mechanism with scope of increasing productivity.
  • Monitoring and tracking the financial performance of the company by determining the variances in actual figures compared with previous year’s figures and budget and sharing them to the Senior Management.
  • Coordination between departments, provide timely and accurate budget information for decision making purposes.
  • Analyzing profitability of the stores and follow up contribution margin of stores and investigate for the possible saving scenarios when needed.
  • Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly analyzes in all subject headings with relevant business units within Operations and Growth.
  • Preparation of all KPI based reports performance analyses.
