Rönesans Holding is targeting to recruit a " Business Development and Strategy Manager " with the following qualifications;

Selection Criteria

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in BA, economics or engineering from a reputable university with an MBA degree
• 7+ years experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, , project finance or similar fields,
• Experience from advisory or audit departments of international consultancy companies (such as Big 4) is a plus,
• Ability to develop business cases
• Ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines under demanding environments,
• Strong Business Acumen and Business Analysis Skills
• Sufficient technical knowledge in financial analysis, valuation, etc
• Strong inter-personal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint,

Duties and Accountabilities

• Conducting market, industry researches for business development purposes ,
• Provide in-house financial feasibility assessments for various types of greenfield developments
• Conducting in-house valuation/due diligence/research studies
• Preparing presentations for business development and/or financing activities
• Carrying out ad-hoc analysis and fulfilling report requests of the Chairperson or the BoD members for various purposes,
• Analysing and reporting the financial performance of the potential investment opportunities.
