By working in coordination with our software team, you will take part in different projects and researches according to customer needs, and if you are also interested in the field of digital marketing, we will be waiting for your application.

Who are we?

WASK is a Saas platform that allows advertisers to manage their Facebook and Google Ads in one dashboard with easy-to-use smart features. By connecting their ad accounts, advertisers can design ad images, publish ads, do competitive analysis and improve their existing campaigns as well as find solutions to the most important problems they face when advertising.

Responsibilities

• Taking a role in solving the problems of customers contacting on support channels
• Making online interviews with potential customers who request DEMO for the software
• Performing daily routine tests of the software
• Examining the records of existing users in the software, reporting of visible problems
• Discovering and reporting the usage habits of existing users in the software and contributing to studies for improvements
• Competitor analysis and competitor tracking
• Market research and monitoring of market dynamics
• Monitoring current KPI results and conducting research on issues that need improvement, through our own control mechanisms
• Supporting the online webinar processes to be organized
• Communicate with customers through the support section.
• Identifying and creating customer experience strategies that will positively return to the company,
• Collecting all data coming from customer feedback to add solution suggestions and report them

Requirements

• Advanced in English (Writing & Speaking),
• Having knowledge in strategy development, planning and creating roadmaps,
• Having strong communication skills, passionate about developing work, proactive and high persuasive ability,
• Being self-confident in business responsibility and prone to teamwork
• Empathize with customers, translate their concerns calmly and competently and translate to others
• Having presentation and reporting skills
