With the expanding vision, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to be placed within the Strategy & Business Development Department that works very closely with multiple departments within the organization. In a collaborative spirit to tackle the challenges of the rapidly changing recruitment industry, we strive on our strong analytical competencies, our creative business minds, and the ability to build strong relationships to help us achieve our goals.


You should possess strong analytical abilities and insights into global business trends, look forward to a horizon of 2-5 yrs , deeply interested in the various dynamics shaping the recruitment industry, a self-starter who thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment, is passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects.

This role reports to Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer


Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in faculty of engineering or economics and administrative sciences,
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Consulting, Business Development positions in technology-based companies,
  • Experience in marketplaces and SaaS solutions and open to research and learn new technologies and methodologies,
  • Good command of English,
  • Be an advanced user of MS Office,
  • Strong reporting, presentation & communication skills,
  • Able to articulate from abstract,
  • Creative, curious, comfortable with ambiquity and shifting priorities,
  • Able to manage different teams without formal authority.

Job description;

  • Identify business areas for investment in accordance with company’s value mapping,
  • Lead efforts together with relevant business units and/or ecosystem business partners to form the basis of “make vs buy” decisions,
  • Build and maintain a pipeline for start-up/ scale-up opportunities both in Turkey and abroad,
  • Lead valuation & market sizing activities Prepare recurring status reports for C-level and/or Members of Board,
  • Provide first touch with relevant initatives upon an intial get-go from senior,
  • Identify & present worldwide trends as well as competition insights shaping the value map of the company. Generate & present monthly reports with incluision of relevant business unit owners,
  • Participate in formation of company strategy and focus areas,
  • Periodic follow-up of the strategic targets within the company, guiding / encouraging / aligning the relevant parties in the process and action plans.
