Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The Opportunity:

Your role is client-facing, being the day-to-day contact responsible for developing new projects/solutions to our existing and potential customers, you will be required to analyze customers’ needs and position the right services and/or create a new project to achieve sales.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You develop a growth strategy focused for our services.
  • You conduct research to identify new markets and new products.
  • You arrange business meetings with our potential partners.
  • You promote the company’s strategies addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and creating new products.
  • You prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • You keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • You provide honest feedback and after-sales support
  • You build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements for the Role

  • Experience as a business development manager more than 5 years
  • Validated sales track record
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge, especially in the payment sector.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Show flexibility and adaptability within the workplace
  • Aim to continue to grow professional capabilities with ongoing training and educational opportunities
  • Sales and trading experience in the financial services industry - banks, insurance or investments
  • Master’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field will be a plus
