Role + Responsibilities
Has knowledge about the processes in Chemical, Mining, Minerals and Metals industries
Gathers and acts upon local marketing intelligence to ensure local development of these industries
Carries out market research including new investments, trends and competition analysis
Evaluates and documents market analysis
Responsible from preparing industry plans and defining strategies to increase the market share
Sets the annual targets for the specific industries
Conducts customer seminars and trainings
Conducts field trials for strategic products and collects application know-how
Gives technical support to sales team and directs them in creating value propositions through developing appropriate materials
Supports MarCom activities
Candidate will be reporting to the Marketing Manager
Qualification + Profile
Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, electrical, control, electronics engineering or similar
Experience in industrial measurement and control or/and related process industries is preferable
Experience in Strategic Marketing preferable
Good communication and presentation skills
Analytical thinking and good team work spirit
Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
Motivation to take an active role in self-development
Fluency in spoken and written English would be preferable
Flexibility in travelling
