GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking “Business Development Specialist” who will make valuable contributions of our company in our İstanbul Head Office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree preferably from engineering faculties and MBA will an asset
- Minimum three years of work experience in a business/project development or similar position
- In-depth experience in conducting research and synthesizing this data into meaningful and relevant internal and client documents
- Strong follow up and presentation skills
- A creative, proactive and result oriented personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
- The ability to work under tight deadlines and on simultaneous projects
- Knowledge in financial analysis including cash flow analysis and modelling
- Advanced computer skills especially MS Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing internal and client presentations regarding upcoming and on-going projects
- Analysing tender specifications and presenting the findings to the management
- Conducting competitor and SWOT analyses
- Following-up on active projects and communicating the information throughout the organisation
- Conducting research to find best suitable partners for projects
- Preparing information memoranda for potential investors
- Coordinating the tenders for the subcontractors for the local scope and make the evaluations and the contract negotiations with the subcontractors
- Assisting and following up the company establishment processes of the affiliates of the Group.
