Business Excellence Senior Specialist İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking "Business Excellence Senior Specialist" for our company which has located at Tuzla.

· Graduated from Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration or Systems Engineering departments of universities

· At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing

· Able to use lean production tools (MTM)

· Strong knowledge with Process Flow and VSM method

· Advanced user of SAP/ERP or simulation software is a plus

· Advanced user- of MS Office applications

· Residing/will be residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli

JOB DESCRİPTİON

· Analyses OEE & Effieciency reports and develop problem solving culture

· Take part in cross – functional team studies to simplify process flow, VSM and efficiency workshops

· Lead optimizastion and simulation workshops to define bottleneck processes, material flow management tools and processes improvement operations

· Create and lead root cause analyse teams for efficiency problems
