QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Associate who is willing :
- At least Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields,
- Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in Business Intelligence within a fast-paced environment,
- Good knowledge and experience in Reporting Architecture and Deliverables,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and be able to write complex queries,
- Demonstrate experience with SSIS ETL,
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results,
- Capability to work with strict deadlines,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
The key duties of the successful candidate are;
- Designing accurate analysis models to answer various business related questions and assist decision making throughout the company,
- Planning and executing multiple business intelligence studies to monitor performance of retail processes,
- Creating and customizing easily comprehensible reports on retail analytics as a user,
- Monitoring data consistency, reliability, meaningfulness and resolve issues working with IT and business units.
- Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization,
- Define, drive, and own the necessary development tasks to support functional specifications.
