GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to work at Yves Rocher that will be responsible for working with data infrastructures and supplying reports and analysis across the organization for business units. This position is in BI&Data&CRM team.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Create, maintain and optimize ETL processes related to data sources in YR environments for reports and analysis,
- Work closely with IT to ensure the integrity of data is satisfied as a whole in YR and other related environments,
- Work with SAS servers to ensure upkeep& development of reporting and analysis of data,
- Create and work on regular reports to HQ,
- Create on demand reports and analysis for business units,
- Create and maintain user friendly reports and automatize tasks as a supplier of data,
- Work on data & system integration projects where necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in related fields (i.e. Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences...),
- Preferably min 2 year experience working with data and reporting environments, especially in memory applications (i.e. SAS VA, Qlikview, Tableau) and relational database systems (i.e. Oracle),
- Working knowledge and experience with SQL,
- Experience with SAS preferred,
- Basic network and data transfer methodologies knowledge or experience preferred,
- Strong MS Office skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills along with a natural ability for mathematical and visual representation of data in a user friendly format,
- Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities with a helpful demanour,
- Natural interest for self-improvement,
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English.
