QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • 5 years + of related business experience,
  • University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering from a reputable university,
  • Very good command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Strong knowledge of process development methodology,
  • Lead work streams and take responsibility for small teams,
  • Good command of MS Office(Visio, Excel etc.) programs.

Job Description:

· This role will be responsible for leading several projects related with companywide transformations processess. It is aimed to optimize operational processess by re-structring in an order.

· Conduct analysis of current organization and estimate improvement potential (quantitative and qualitative), applying tools such as Cost Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Time-Spend Studies, OEE Analysis, etc.

· Prioritizing objectives and contributing to project planning and status reporting

· Delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects with a focus on Operational Excellence in related fields.

· Development of new processes and modification & simplification of existing processes in the Business Process Map of KPMG Turkey,

· Provide continuous improvement and regularly monitor the process KPIs,

· Seeking of any technological solutions in order to improve operational excellence of processes ,

· Responsible of quality & assurance of overall integrated KPMG Turkey internal processes by managing & assessing the change requests from process owners & leadership,

· Leading the companywide process improvement projects/initiatives, closely collaborated with process owners,

· Tracking, supervising, documenting and reporting the communication between departments and decisions taken concerning the company processes and policies,

· Managing “Internal Change Process” by the enlightenment of KPMG Global Business process improvement methodologies,

· Make policy & procedure suggestions to MT,

· Publish & announce approved policy & procedures regularly,

· Act as an internal consultant, working closely with global and local operations teams and analyze system impacts for any business driven changes, and work with the organization to ensure timely and successful solutions are developed,

· Direct reporting to Business Process & Operational Excellence Manager
