QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a “Business Process Improvement Supervisor” who will report to Business Processes Optimization Manager
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years related work experience in process analysis / improvement B.Sc. or higher degree in Engineering Departments, preferably Industrial Engineering
- Business fluent in English in writing, listening and speaking (will have active communication with colleages outside of Turkey)
- Advanced hands-on experience of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project, Word) and Data Visualization techniques
- Self-discipline, likes to work in very organized manner
- Preferably hands-on experience with Qlik tools
- Preferably familiar with PMI and/or IIBA guidelines and methodology
- Preferably familiar with financial analysis on high level
- Willing to conduct projects which involve working actively in the field with field teams
- Sharp analytical and organizational skills, eager to learn and receive feedback, willing to take initiative
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and persuasion
- Availability for travel in Turkey
- Driving licence (type B, active driving skills is a must)
- Male candidates should have completed their military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Main responsibility will be Project Management and Business Process Improvement activities in a national pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution company
- Analyse warehousing and picking processes (including physical and digital flows and methods) of pharmaceutical wholesaling business, identify wastes, propose and evaluate alternatives
- Continuously review and analyze existing operating plans and productivity levels to improve warehouse productivity and meet the annual improvement goal
- Research and evaluate new methods, trends and technology in warehousing and related software
- Develop project proposals as a result of above mentioned research and analysis activities
- Lead, manage and monitor projects (local and Corporate) with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects
- Provide support in operational expenditure reporting and analysis on a monthly basis
- Provide support in annual budget planning of warehouse expenditures, headcount and productivitiy
- Provide support in monthly operations review presentations
- Manage the AI / DC device portfolio and conduct the purchasing transactions in coordination with the warehouse teams and central purchasing team
- Identify relevant operational excellence KPIs, create visibility for these KPIs through creation (and automation) of reports
- Achieve full-automation of existing reports by BI tools including Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
- Developing standard operating plans and procedures, creating training materials
- Identify processes which can be digitalized and evaluate feasibility of digitalization, ensure sustainable roll-out to entire country
- Monitor the project outcomes after project deployment, conduct field observations, measurements and report the results
