QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business SolutionsSpecialist with the following qualifications bellow who will work in the factory of YKK, an international Japanese company operating in the production of textile accessories, located in Cerkezkoy Organized Industrial Zone.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related discipline,
• Preferable at least 1-3 years experience in similar role,
• In order to increase efficiency, excited and motivated to design or redesign a process and/or function with the support of information technologies,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team with business units,
• Ability to understand and find appropriate solutions for issues,
• Capability to work with strict deadlines,
• Very good communication and presentation skill,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications and basic knowledge about process automation,
• Must have completed the military service for male candidates,
• Those who reside / can reside in Cerkezkoy, Kapakli, Saray or Corlu.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In order to find out improvement potentials of business processes

• Working with the departments one by one under the schedule closely to prepare process maps, work flow charts and all other relevant documents regarding their current business processes.
• As a result of these studies, to identify potential development areas in close cooperation with department process owners.
• Prepare draft Projects for development areas with the close collaboration with developers (internal and/or external) and presenting to the management's approval (Solution, Budget, ROA, Schedule, Challenges, Risks etc.)

Preparing project recommendations for the development requests (directly from management, information technologies, departments)

• Analyzing the operation regarding requests, to understand the integrity of the operation and its relationship with the previous steps and the next steps.
• As a result of this studies, to identify development project close collaboration with requester and other related parties and presenting to the management's approval (Solution, Budget, ROA, Schedule, Challenges, Risks etc.)

Project Management

• Coordinating to the projects approved by the management regularly to be completed on time.
• Reporting to the status of the projects to the management regularly.
