Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related fields,
  • At least 5 years of experience (Preferably as Business Assistant),
  • Excellent command of English (both written & verbal),
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Programs (esp. Excel, PPT)
  • Successful in effective communication and collaboration,
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills,
  • Self motivated and a good team player,
  • Strong ability research and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working approach skills,
  • Able to work within a fast paced work environment,
  • Be flexible and adaptive to challenges,
  • No restriction for travelling.


Job Description


  • Organizing and coordinating the Board Member for dailiy business activities,
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Board Member and internal departments/external stakeholders,
  • Scheduling and participating at meetings, events and appointments,
  • Preparing the financial or ad-hoc reports of the projects followed by the Board Member, making the analyzes and sharing them with the relevant people,
  • Consolidating and presenting the information or analyzes requested by the Board Member from the relevant departments,
  • Participating in the meetings held by the Board Member and sharing the meeting notes,
  • Ad-hoc personal assistance requirements to the Board Member,
  • To complete the approval procedure of the invoices, contracts and documents after controlling; to send the documents to the relevant parties on time,
