Reporting and Consolidation Specialist

Qualifications;

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Business Administration/Economics or relevant department

• At least 3 years of experience in Analysis, Reporting and Consolidation

• Experience in big four audit companies is distinctive

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS & statutory Turkish accounting

• Good knowledge of financial statements

• Understanding of financial loans; types of credit, costs of credit

• Fluent in English,

• Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level

• Strong analytical thinking ability and numerical skills, able to work in a result-oriented manner,

• Having a business follow-up discipline, high internal motivation,

• Strong human relations, prone to teamwork, time management skills,

• Ability to solve problems and take initiative

• Understanding of corporate finance and financial modelling is a valuable asset

Responsibilities;

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and periodic management reports,

• Preparation and analysis of ad-hoc reports and studies for management

• Preparation of cash flows; revision of cash flow reports and projections on a monthly basis

• Consolidation studies and preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, working with auditors

• Quarterly budget-actual comparison, analysis and reporting of budget deviations,

• Work with finance teams closely on all matters of financial analysis,

• Support to provide all third party and internal reporting requirements,

• Assist to department for developing and improving reports
