Bütçe ve raporlama uzmanı / yönetmeni Nitelikler:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar fields. Graduate degree is a plus.
· min. 2-3 years of experience in budgeting and/or financial reporting, preferably in insurance sector.
· Understanding of insurance market and regulatory environments
· Knowledge on expenses and financial KPIs
· Advanced MS Office skills
· Good command of English (min. upper-intermediate)
· Strong technical skills regarding statistics and data analysis
· Analytical and teamwork-oriented with strong communication skills

Preparing, monitoring and controlling annual budget plans
· Analysing the general expenses of the company on a monthly basis and reporting the actual amounts compared to budget
· Taking part of the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reports to be submitted to Top Management, TSB, SBM, SEDDK
· Taking part of strategic projects such as IFRS 17
