C&B Senior Specialist (Comp&Ben. and People Analytics)

YOUR PROFILE

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields (Master’s Degree or Double Major is an asset)

· 5 years experience in Compensation and Benefits, job valuation, bonus, wagecresearch and comparison analysis

· Good knowledge of MS Office applications

· Excellent verbal and written English skills

· Strong Excel experience with a willingness to work hands-on in the detail as well as in the analysis and strong data presentation skills.

· Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills

· Innovative, dynamic and people oriented mind

· Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile

· Having sense of humor

YOU WILL RESPONSIBLE FOR

· Preparing annual salary increase and performance bonus calculations and analyzing market benchmark data

· Work with HR team members to understand the needs for required developments in HR systems and processes

· Designing alternative compensation and bonus scheme

· Prepare ad-hoc reports and HR analytics reports

· Taking active role in various Compensation & Benefits projects currently running

· Preparing proposals for newcomers and employees in the promotion process

· Creating the structure of the HR data warehouse

· Creating dashboards and metrics for HR

· Designing bonus and performance systems and creating their processes
