QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Modatimkar Group, a leading high-fashion garment buying agency working with UK high-end retailers, is looking for a Merchandiser.
We are currently expanding our Merchandising Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating and maintaining strong customer and supplier relations.
- Following up the production steps with critical path system.
- Handling product development working closely with the design teams.
- Providing the correct information flow to the suppliers & QA and export department before shipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate, preferably from Textile Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jerseywear,
- Ability with travelling (domestic and international),
- Strong product knowledge,
- Strong sales ability as well as confidence in communication,
- Proactive team player with strong analytical skills,
- Fluent in English.
