Call Center Agent
Job brief
We are looking for a Call Center Agent that will represent our company and reach out to current and potential customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly
* Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
* Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
* Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
* C1 English Proficiency. Turkish/German/Russian is a plus
* Good problem-solving, communication, and persuasive skills
* Be organized and cope with stressful situations
* University graduate or student
* Customer and solution-oriented attitude
* Experience in the tourism and customer support sector is preferred
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Ability to multi-task
* Must be willing to work shifts and weekends
* Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
* Residency in Antalya or candidates who want to move to Antalya
