Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as a Call Center & Extra Revenue Supervisor.

As a Call Center & Extra Revenue Supervisor., you will be responsible to set up and manage the company's overallindividuals strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. You should have demonstrable experience of working withindividuals and extra revenue.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams

· Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated

· Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed

· Prepare daily/monthly/annual results and performance reports

· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

· Work with sales team when closing sales

· Provide a extra revenue other than room revenue.

· Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

· Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis

· Ability to interact with individual guests


Requirements

· Proven experience least 1 year as call center supervisor or similar supervisor position hotel industry(international experience preferred)

· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Professional written and spoken Turkish,English and Russian.

· Focused on customer service and revenue managment

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
