QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REMED Assistance is an ever-growing assistance company providing global assistance services for millions in all continents.

We are looking for Call Center Specialist to join our team.

The expectations from our new team member who will be located in REMED HQ, Antalya are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office programs,
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening,
  • Ability to manage and deal with customers over the phone,

DESCRIPTION

  • Greeting clients on the phone and making follow-up calls,
  • Keeping pace with and understanding all customer demands,
  • Identify customers’ needs, and wants and provide them with what they are looking for.
  • To respond as soon as possible to customers whose problems or demands have been resolved, to inform, to follow up and finalize their transactions.
