- At least 3 years of experience in call center and sales in the real estate sector,
- Associate degree, preferably University graduate,
- Good level of Real Estate CRM Program (preferably ZOHO) and MS Office knowledge,
- Strong communication, successful in teamwork and human relations,
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills are developed,
- High persuasion ability to create an appointment,
- To adopt customer satisfaction as its primary goal,
- Smooth diction, presentable,
- Will be able to follow up all processes of applications carried out by the Call Center,
- In the Call Center, it will create and follow up the calls and appointments received from customers through digital marketing or direct marketing.
