• At least 5 years of experience in call center and sales in the medical or real estate sector,
• Associate degree, preferably University graduate,
• Good level of Real Estate ZOHO CRM and MS Office knowledge,
• Strong communication, successful in teamwork and human relations,
• Analytical thinking and reporting skills are developed,
• High persuasion ability to create an appointment,
• To adopt customer satisfaction as its primary goal,
• Smooth diction, presentable,
• Will be able to follow up all processes of applications carried out by the Call Center,
• In the Call Center, it will create and follow up the calls and appointments received from customers through digital marketing or direct marketing.
