General Qualifications:

- Advanced level of German and English

-Minimum 2 years of experience,

- Strong verbal and written communication skills,

- Excellent verbal communication skills for training delivery,

- Strong facilitation and group leadership skills,

- Able to work under pressure,

-Sustain positive and consistent communication with departments and staff

- Detail and results oriented.

- Male candidates must have completed military service.

Job Description:

-Assist in identifying and defining the training needs of the agents and implement programs to meet those needs

-Able to identify potential issues early and implement creative measures to correct

-Able to take charge and effectively lead the class,

-Deliver information to trainees; teach all process aspects and of programs,

-Act as a lead to a team of agents by mentoring and coaching to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met.
