QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS

• 4 years university degree from related departments,
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken, preferably speaking Italian as a second language,
• No travel restriction,
• Hands on mentality and problem solving
• Dynamic, practical, reliable, very organized and accurate personality, flexibility, problem solving, working in a team
• Strong technical understanding with economical sensibility
• Skilled with AutoCAD as well as with Office package

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take dimension of stores
• Planning and management of the maintenance
• Active participation on in stores inspection appointments to check and supervise the work of external companies guaranteeing high quality standard and respect of deadlines
• Monitoring costs, quality and deadlines about Maintenance
• Facility management related to all the different kinds of maintenance (mandatory for the local laws, required from Commercial Department, etc…)
