Bachelor’s degree (preferably)
At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
Excellent computer literacy with MS Office applications
Fluency in English
Representing the company with the highest standards of professional excellence
Coordinating all incoming and outgoing communications
Organizing incoming and outgoing documents by courier-cargo
Welcoming, hosting and directing incoming guests to relevant persons
Providing support to other departments as necessary
