Qualifications;
- University degree in related departments,
- Minimum 4 year of experience in Human Resources,
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced level of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Job Description;
Conducting candidate research, interview and evaluation processes for Store Manager, District Manager and all HQ positions
Conducting Pre-Employment Processes: Assist hiring managers with interviewing and selection process. Working with hiring managers to coordinate start date to ensure successful onboarding.
Updating job descriptions, posting job announcements.
Carrying out reference check processes and proposal phase.
Following up agreement processes, preparing the contract and following up all the necessary employment documents.
Conducting the recruitment processes of disabled personnel and informing İşkur
To be in contact with the career portals we are working with.
Preparing weekly reports.
Providing operational support to all Recruiting functions.
Leading or assisting the coordination of recruitment events and information sessions.
Conducting new hire orientations.
- Headhunting in necessary situations.
