We are looking for a "Car Loans Product Management Specialist" to take part in our Retail Banking Department;
Qualifications
· Graduated from top tier universities of Turkey or abroad with a degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative or Management Sciences
· Preferably experienced in Marketing, Product Management or Business Development for up to 1-2 years
· Closely related to the automotive industry
· Working with different co-partners by focusing on coordination
· Analytical mindset coupled with ability to identify practical solutions
· Strong agility and multi-tasking skills with likes to work in a fast evolving environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit
· Effective team player with strong stakeholder management
· Self disciplined and self motivated
· Conceptual and innovative thinking
· Excellent command of both written and verbal English and MS Office applications
· Military Service completed or postponed at least 2 years for male candidates
Job Description
· Leading all communication and marketing activities of the product with “making offers to right customers, at the right time, with the right product, through the right channel” approach
· Tracking benchmark closely, to develop new ideas and/or products
· Reviewing all channels and renewing the processes if necessary, to increase customer satisfaction
· Setting the price of the product and mounting special campaigns
· Preparing channel based budget and tracking it closely
· Reporting and presenting to all levels including top management
