QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
LenaCars brand was established in 2018 as a result of observations and researches on the second-hand car and car rental sectors all over Turkey with the aim of drawing "the safest route in automobiles" to our respected customers. The core business of LenaCars is to create the right solution for the customer’s individual or corporate car purchase, sales, short and long term rental needs. LenaCars is a registered trademark of Lena Mama Publishing Trade Inc., as a leading publsihing brand, which specialized in baby and child books. Its head office is located in Otostat, the most prestigious automobile trade center in Istanbul and Turkey.
Requirements
- High School (University) diploma.
- Preferably, customer service experience
- Advanced level of (verbal and written) English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite
- Data entry experience
- Flexible working hours
- Result and detail oriented, problem solving and growth mindset
- Easy adaptation to teamwork
- Excellent planning and reporting competence
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Preferably, non-smoking.
Job Duties
- Communicating with customers to answer questions about their reservations
- Helping customers choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on factors such as price, mileage allowance, and number of seatbelts
- Take bookings and explain the terms of rental agreements
- Complete paperwork, update computer records and take payments
- Follow up customers by calling, to check their satisfaction with the service
- Providing customers with directions to their destinations
- Arranging for repairs to damaged vehicles or arranging for replacements
- Assist international clients.
