GENEL NİTELİKLER
· Minimum 5 years of “Category Management” experience in retail/e-commerce business, especially in the fashion retail and women ready wear industry,
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Experienced in category management, product management and commercial operations,
· Exceptional communication, persuasion, and team working skills,
· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills,
· Project or program management experience is a plus,
· Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
· High-level analytical skills,
· Team management and coaching experience,
· Active user of MS Office programs.

· Previously work experience with Akinon, Nebim V3
Reporting directly to the E – Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
· Ensuring that relevant category meets and exceeds monthly/quarterly/annual sales and profitability targets
· Understanding the consumer and leading operations required to maximize customer satisfaction management of all commercial operations,
· Creating, executing and reporting product campaigns
· Preparing the strategy plan of category and yearly commercial targets together with the planning team for adl.com.tr & lovemybody.com.tr
· Following up the positioning & performance of relevant products on our website to take relevant actions in a proactive manner
· Dynamic pricing & stock management,
· Partnering with marketing and technology teams for the best shopping experience,
· Management of all commercial operations,
· Proven success at building and leading high-performing teams
· Conducting competitor analysis & market research studies to present the optimum pricing options for our customers
· Always keeping an eye on global e-tailers for best practices
