Qualifications,

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Master’s degree will be a plus),
• Have an experience at least 9 years in after sales services, value added products and warranty solutions,
• Knowledge of supplier management and financial analysis processes,
• Experienced in team management
• Ability to take fast action in busy/dynamic schedule
• Fluency in English both written and verbal,

• Execution of purchasing, product and supplier management processes,
• Improving after-sales services operations,
• Managing the services inside and outside the store,
• Suggesting new service solutions by following global trend
• Developing marketing activities according to market trends,
