DEPARTMENT & ROLE

We are looking for an CEO Office Manager to work in our Turkey offices. If you are interested in being a part of our international luxury goods company, apply now!


So, what kind of teammate are we looking for in this position?

  • If you have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in related fields,

  • If you have minimum 2 years of experience in working as an assistant to a senior level role,

  • If you have Excellent command of English written and spoken, (German is preferred as a second language)

  • If you have excellent communication, organization and time management skills,

  • If you are proactive, self-motivated, diligent and trustworthy,

  • If you have no travel restrictions,

What will you do in this position?

  • Booking and planning all the key meetings with the Senior leadership team ensuring effective collaboration and communication,
  • Providing effective management support for the CEO,
  • Meeting and greeting external guests,
  • Responsible for the coordination and reporting of the projects undertaken,
  • Manage complex calendar and travel arrangements. Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings and complete expense reports,
  • Act as a backup receptionist who is on leave receives telephone calls, responds to queries, and directs all messages and information to the relevant parties,
  • Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems,

  • Provide general administrative and clerical assistance including CEO communications, mailing, filing, scanning, copying to server, and data entry.
