Job Description


  • Ensuring the implementation of the strategic initiatives taken in line with the company's strategies, disseminating the strategy and following the strategic projects before the relevant departments, playing a role in achieving the targeted results
  • Doing the necessary studies on the strategic issues in the CEO's agenda,
  • Taking/following the necessary actions for the priorities of the CEO
  • Carrying out all the work on the strategic priorities of the company and conducting joint work with other units,
  • Managing the strategic planning process and creating strategic plans, ensuring the dissemination and implementation of the plans throughout the organization
  • Making necessary analyzes for strategic investment decisions and managing the investment process
  • Disseminating company strategies to all departments and periodically reviewing the planning, coordination and execution of actions towards strategic goals
  • Researching potential business development opportunities for the company at home and abroad, and market and competitor analysis in the relevant sectors, making SWOT analyzes
  • Preparation of analysis of market, economy and sector reports
  • Following industry trends, identifying application areas and opportunities
  • Making and following the CEO office budget. Reviewing the budget in line with the strategic priorities in the budget process of the company, making the necessary revisions during the year
  • Making the necessary financial analysis and analysis and follow up of P&L tables
  • Providing the necessary strategic reports
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis
  • Preparing and sharing presentations for internal and global teams within the framework of strategy and vision studies
  • Attending management meetings with the CEO; monitoring strategic priority actions, executing strategic projects and working with the necessary departments

General Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering deparments of universities
  • 7 years or more of experience in related positions
  • Have advanced knowledge of English, preferably have knowledge of German language
  • Able to use Powerpoint at a good level and advanced presentation skills
  • Working as a team player with a collobrative perspective
  • Able to work with solution and goal oriented
  • Strong ability to take initiative and make decisions
  • Having a customer-oriented service approach
  • Strong in analysis
  • Open to feedback
  • Able to adapt quickly to change
