QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Who are we?

Aspect – a full-service translation company, providing international businesses with professional language services. The company was established in 2011; it has branches in Ukraine, Malta & Turkey. Aspect is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 standard. The company has 100+ employees (in-house & remote); we complete 1000+ projects monthly.

The Vendor Manager is responsible for building the quality and capacity of Aspect’s language services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement proactive language professional recruitment campaigns;
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with language professionals and LSPs (Language Service Providers);
  • Conduct price negotiations with language professionals and LSP vendors;
  • Maintain language professionals’ database ensuring that it includes accurate and complete information;
  • Oversee assessment of language professionals to ensure their quality of services meets Aspect’s standards and service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Develop and implement language professionals’ performance grading, monitoring and complaints management processes;
  • Coordinate with Account Management team in addressing customer feedback to language professionals and LSP vendors;
  • Ensure follow-up and resolution of language and service quality issues.

Employment Requirements:

  • University degree in translation or related education;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of training and experience working in recruitment, project management, account management;
  • Experience of work in a culturally diverse environment is preferable;
  • English (advanced level) is required; Russian (intermediate level) is preferable.

  • Comfortable with meeting deadlines and be driven to achieve deliverables at both individual and team levels;
  • Data and records management;

Working Conditions: Full-time remote permanent position
