Chemical Processes Engineer -Technology Programs İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Technology Programs deals with the development of advanced manufacturing technologies and supporting key R&D initiative. We are looking for highly qualified, talented and motivated chemical process engineers to join our R&D team in Eskişehir.

• B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering,
• Experience in ceramic slurry preparation methods and polymer precursor synthesis methods for ceramic materials production,
• Experience in R&D environment,
• Strong oral and written communication skills ,
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills,
• Willing to search, learn and use new material and process technologies,
• Demonstrated analytical, experimental and problem solving skills.

Desired Characteristics:

• Double Major Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Metallurgical engineering is preferred
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred
• Laboratory knowledge about chemical or polymeric processes is preferred
• Thermal history paintings (THPs) experience is preferred
• Experience in use of chemical or polymeric processes and test equipment such as reflux condenser techniques, spinning techniques for fiber production, pressurized reactors and heat treatment furnaces, SEM/EDS, XRD, Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), melt Flow Rate/Index Determination, FTIR, spectrometric analysis methods (GC-MS), thermal/calorimetric analysis (TGA, DTA and DSC).

• The primary focus will be on polymer precursor synthesis for the production of technical ceramics (powder, fiber etc.) and also developing new ceramic slurry for ceramic additive manufacturing.
• Generating novel chemical processes for aviation grade materials and develop technical solutions to address the needs for new polymer-ceramic material technologies.
• Preparation and application of new R&D projects.
• Interfacing with external organizations and subcontractor coordination in the projects.
