/ Manage lean production and problem solving activities within the area of responsibility
/ Support technical changes in production, related with product changes, new machine and process startups
/ Manage and monitor training/development of his team, fosters a strong team culture
Your Profile
/ Graduated from Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Engineering, or relevant engineering degree with production background
/ Leadership experience preferably in enamelling, paint shop, printing, silicone and similar gluing, production processes and machineries
/ Proven track record of developing and executing process improvements that adds value to the organization, experience in Statistical Process Control, 6-Sigma, Lean production, Kaizen, problem solving techniques, TPM
/ Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
/ Business level English, advanced level MS Office applications
